Golden Valley Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and members of the wider school community to share this commitment. Should you have any concerns relating to the safety and welfare of a child at the school you should immediately contact the a member of the school Safeguarding Team.
We meet regularly with each other to support the safeguarding of our pupils and their families.

Concerned about a child out of school hours?
If you are concerned about a child who might be at risk of being ill-treated or neglected in North Somerset contact our child protection team on 01275 888 808 or visit the Avon and Somerset Police website to report your concerns.
Reporting a concern about a member of staff or volunteer.
Should you have any concerns in terms of Safeguarding relating to the behaviour of a member of staff, contractor or volunteer you should immediately contact the Designated Safeguarding Lead, as above.
If the allegation concerns the Headteacher, you should contact the Chief Executive of the Trust ceo@lsp.org.uk .
