Year 4 Level 1 Tag Rugby

Children in Swift and Wagtail classes took part in a lunchtime tag rugby competition today. Mr Hill and I were really impressed with the standard of play and the children enjoyed the experience very much! Apologies for the extra washing Mums and Dads will have to do tonight...(Mr Hill says don't blame him, blame Mother Nature...!)

Year 3 and 4 Cross country Festival

16 children from years 3 and 4 competed recently in a fantastic North Somerset PE Association event at St Katherine's School. They showed amazing endurance, effort and determination to complete both a cross country run event and a team relay event, competing against children from 11 other local schools. All the children performed brilliantly, pushing themselves to achieve their absolute best, with special mention to Beth, Enid, Tess, Toby, Matthew, Toby, Annabelle and Bo, who all achieved a top ten place in their races. They were also fantastic at supporting their team mates, encouraging and cheering them during each race. A massive well done to you all!

Girls Football Festival - The girls enjoyed the football festival. They played four different games and developed their confidence and skills. Well done, girls!
